Anita Sparks has been working with Discovery Bay Accounting since 2000.  She is dedicated to helping clients set up accounting procedures, manages various businesses financial transactions, posting debits and credits, producing financial statements and recording all business transactions.  Prepare management reports using Microsoft Excel and Quick Books detailing company's financial status.  Generate bank deposits, verify and balance receipts.  Create invoices and track overdue accounts.  Manage payroll and prepare payroll tax returns.  Research and resolve billing and collections disputes.  Meetings with business owners to review their company reports, go over business planning and budgeting.  Train employees and owners with QuickBooks software.  Her patience and determination ensure that every client is treated with high regard.

    Mrs. Sparks earned a Bachelors of Science, Business Administration Finance from Notre Dame de Namur University.  Mrs. Sparks is a Certified Quick Books Pro Advisor
